- Establish and maintain relationships with Brokers, Consultants, and Employers within the assigned territory
- Engage with senior executives (C‑suite, Benefits, Rewards) of mid‑size employers (1,000 to 8,000 employee lives)
- Deliver presentations to educate prospects on the employer's health and care experience platform
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate the transition to Implementation and Account Services post‑sale
- Provide marketplace intelligence on product and service needs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience selling complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions, such as SaaS or healthcare IT
- Proven ability to navigate strategic levels of customer organizations and build relationships with key decision‑makers
- Demonstrated track record of developing an organic pipeline through prospecting employers and consultants
- Excellent presentation skills with experience presenting to executives and benefits professionals
- Bachelor’s degree and strong aptitude with business software tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Well‑established relationships with employers, consultants, brokers, and TPAs within the territory
- Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate complex contracts
- Ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel
