What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive revenue growth by working directly with broker/consultant advisors and employer prospects to close sales of self-funded solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize new sales revenue
  • Build and cultivate authentic relationships with brokers, consultants, and employer prospects
  • Provide insights and data to leadership regarding revenue growth and risk while maintaining accurate sales pipeline data
  • Collaborate with Account Management to ensure successful customer implementations and positive client experiences
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee benefit commercial sales and design
  • Proven track record of success in consultative sales/business development roles within healthcare services
  • Deep knowledge of employee benefits, self-funded employer groups, and broker dynamics
  • Active and productive relationships within the brokerage community
