• Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent for sales professionals
• Minimum of five years of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, specifically in oncology
• Fluency in Italian and ability to travel frequently
• Familiarity with relevant Pharmaceutical Industry Codes of Practice
• Technical proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools, and effective presentation skills

• Launch experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in English language skills
• Proven ability to translate clinical evidence into effective conversations with specialists
