Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition with hospitals, health systems, and large provider groups
  • Own the full enterprise sales process, including prospecting, qualification, and contracting
  • Build and nurture strong executive-level relationships across various departments
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to create effective sales enablement materials
  • Develop repeatable sales motions and scalable processes as the team expands
Qualifications
  • Extensive sales experience, particularly in selling healthcare SaaS/AI solutions to enterprise providers
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, especially revenue cycle operations
  • Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and comfort with consultative, solution-based selling
  • High intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, and a self-starter mentality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Established relationships with C-suite and VP-level contacts in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in building and refining sales processes and forecasting discipline
