- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in healthcare or digital health
- Proven track record of building high-value relationships and closing complex deals
- Strong understanding of buyer dynamics within healthcare systems and post-acute care organizations
- Highly skilled in objection handling, storytelling, and collaborative selling
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and GONG
- Experience in dealing with multi-stakeholder deals within healthcare settings
- Knowledge of healthcare policy trends relevant to the assigned region
- Ability to create compelling business cases and articulate ROI metrics effectively
- Previous experience with consultative selling in a healthcare technology environment
