What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop robust, insight-driven account plans for high-potential accounts and execute targeted outreach strategies
  • Build tailored engagement strategies to connect with various stakeholders, from operational contacts to senior decision-makers
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to align solutions with client needs and drive value
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and tailor solutions based on client priorities and healthcare trends
  • Structure complex deals and navigate legal discussions to accelerate deal closure while safeguarding company interests
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in healthcare or digital health
  • Proven track record of building high-value relationships and closing complex deals
  • Strong understanding of buyer dynamics within healthcare systems and post-acute care organizations
  • Highly skilled in objection handling, storytelling, and collaborative selling
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and GONG
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in dealing with multi-stakeholder deals within healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of healthcare policy trends relevant to the assigned region
  • Ability to create compelling business cases and articulate ROI metrics effectively
  • Previous experience with consultative selling in a healthcare technology environment
