What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Educate prospective members about health plan benefits, premiums, and application processes
• Assist members in navigating the healthcare system and resolving inquiries or complaints
• Make proactive outbound sales calls to assist prospective members with enrollment
• Maintain accurate documentation of communications and ensure compliance with regulations
• Build and strengthen relationships with members through exceptional customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree (GED) required
• Minimum of three (3) years of customer service, sales support, or related experience
• Current, unrestricted State Insurance license in Accident and Health within assigned territory, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Associate’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Commercial insurance sales experience
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the healthcare industry
• Sales skills to meet enrollment objectives
• Proficiency in using a Windows environment and strong typing skills
