What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Life Solutions Consultants supporting agency sales
  • Drive life insurance sales growth by collaborating with agents and field leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, managers, and General Office leadership
  • Provide case development, product design, and technical support for planning needs
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to agents, management teams, and clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of life insurance wholesaling experience
  • Broad knowledge of life insurance business, sales processes, and investment products
  • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Life insurance license and FINRA registrations:
    Series 6 or 7, Series 63, and Series 65 or 66
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Industry designations such as CFP®, CLU®, or ChFC® highly desirable
  • Understanding of Advanced Markets concepts is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently (typically ~50%, with potential for up to 100%)
