• Achieve sales targets through effective territory management and sales cycles
• Maintain and grow sales base in both new and existing accounts

• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly, including training modules and expense reports

• Bachelor s degree
• 4+ years of relevant sales experience or 1+ years of clinical experience (e.g., BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, Cardiac Tech)
• Must reside in the assigned territory and travel up to 50%
• Strong understanding of EHS policies and quality systems
• Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales management

• Proven track record as a consistent sales overachiever (e.g., President’s Club winner)
• Experience in diagnostics, point of care, lab, or capital equipment sales
• Established contacts at IDNs and hospital systems in the territory
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with  or similar CRM platforms
