- Support the sales team by providing product demonstrations to current clients on employer products.
- Provide the sales team with product training to enhance productivity and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define competencies, KPIs, and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Maintain competitive intelligence to effectively position employer products within the client base.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a similar industry‑related enablement position.
- Strong understanding of practice management software applications in a clinical or hospital environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT, diagnostics, or related technologies supporting the provider network.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering engaging product demonstrations.
- Experience with CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and enablement tools.
- Proven ability to deliver presentations to physicians, practice managers, and C‑level executives.
