What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Report to the Regional Business Manager and execute sales, market development, and strategic planning for company products
  • Engage with healthcare professionals involved in the treatment of renal patients in various settings
  • Conduct daily travel within assigned territory, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, New Orleans, and Shreveport
  • Promote company products to nephrologists, health systems, and dialysis organizations
  • Maintain accurate call records and submit reports on field contacts and sales performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in nephrology, renal, and/or dialysis
  • Proven track record as a top sales performer
  • Demonstrated knowledge of account-based selling
  • Experience in account management within a complex, competitive marketplace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in renal, dialysis, nephrology, specialty pharmaceuticals, rare disease, and hospital sales
  • Familiarity with integrated delivery networks (IDN) is highly preferred
