What to Expect
  • Drive market share growth for a portfolio of orthopedic infection management medical devices within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic decision-makers through on-site visits and outreach
  • Manage leads, accounts, and opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM data
  • Deliver in-person clinical education, product demonstrations, and ongoing support to surgeons and hospital teams
  • Gather and analyze field intelligence to inform territory strategy and execution
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on orthopedic sales
  • Strong sales background with proven performance results
  • Experience managing or mentoring direct reports or sales agents
  • Formal sales training and demonstrated success in medical device sales
How to Stand Out
  • Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field
  • Prior experience in clinically intensive specialties beyond orthopedics
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly master complex product portfolios
  • Strong independent territory management skills
