Compensation & Benefits
  • Average base pay of $175,000 with target OTE ranging from $300,000 to $450,000

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to build brand awareness and drive new revenue
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Accurately forecast sales attainment on a regular basis
  • Document sales activity using a CRM automation tool (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capture new client relationships
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in healthcare professional services
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management or client success management
  • Experience working with acute care provider organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic to intermediate Excel functions
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong presence and ability to engage with C-suite executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team selling environment
  • Experience in revenue cycle operations consulting
