- Drive sales growth in the German market for Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Project Management (PM) software
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Maintain a disciplined sales process utilizing the MEDDIC sales methodology
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and key accounts
- Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets and production levels set by management
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quota‑carrying complex application software sales, preferably SaaS
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales quotas of approximately $1,000,000
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging with Director, VP, and C‑level executives
- Ability to effectively prospect and build a defined territory
- Native/Bilingual German proficiency is desired, with Full Professional Proficiency considered
- Experience in the Professional Services domain, particularly project management and marketing agencies
- Ability to travel to London as required, approximately once per month
- Based in or near Frankfurt for collaboration with team members and clients
