What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive sales growth in the German market for Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Project Management (PM) software
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain a disciplined sales process utilizing the MEDDIC sales methodology
  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners and key accounts
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets and production levels set by management
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quota‑carrying complex application software sales, preferably SaaS
  • Proven track record of success in exceeding sales quotas of approximately $1,000,000
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging with Director, VP, and C‑level executives
  • Ability to effectively prospect and build a defined territory
  • Native/Bilingual German proficiency is desired, with Full Professional Proficiency considered
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the Professional Services domain, particularly project management and marketing agencies
  • Ability to travel to London as required, approximately once per month
  • Based in or near Frankfurt for collaboration with team members and clients
