What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage a regional territory of large and influential accounts, representing all relevant products and services
  • Identify opportunities for penetration sales and develop proposals for new business
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and motivation of a sales team, fostering a culture of growth and account development
  • Document monthly revenue and expense projections and maintain SFDC reports related to opportunities and sales funnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 12+ years of ophthalmic experience, with at least six (6) years in a Senior Regional Sales Manager role
  • Strong technical and clinical product knowledge
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Clean DMV record and current valid driver’s license

  • Proven ability to develop and deliver corporate-level presentations
  • Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
