What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a large portfolio of high-value accounts and achieve sales quotas through stakeholder engagement
  • Drive new enterprise business growth by identifying and securing new client opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong handoff experiences and address custom business requirements
  • Articulate product value and determine qualified prospects to maximize activation and implementation rates
  • Handle complex escalations and maintain high integrity and empathy in client interactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably in a complex industry
  • Proven track record of managing a large book of accounts and consistently achieving quotas
  • Ability to execute a proactive, hunter-oriented sales approach with strong self-sourcing skills
  • Experience in using data and analytics to advise decision-making and demonstrate value to clients
  • Willingness to travel 25-40% of the time for client meetings and presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience selling complex products or multi-product platforms at a technology company to mid-sized businesses
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM and sales tools
  • Experience creating Territory Plans, Account Plans, and Opportunity Plans to effectively engage with prospects
