What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own agency-sourced revenue for targeted patient activation media across assigned agencies
  • Build and execute an agency partnership strategy to enhance inclusion in planning cycles and optimizations
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships across agencies, mapping key stakeholders in various departments
  • Lead senior-level agency conversations, presenting the employer's unique value as a media partner
  • Drive deal execution from proposal development to internal approvals and campaign success
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in pharma digital advertising or healthcare media, with significant agency-facing sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through agencies and scaling strategic partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the pharma agency ecosystem and media buying dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in closing and expanding mid-to-large deals, typically $250K–$1M+ annually
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Existing relationships across major pharma agency networks and holding companies
  • Experience selling privacy-safe audience solutions or patient engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy considerations and regulated advertising workflows
  • Experience in building repeatable agency partner motions and playbooks
