Job Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with dealer customers through training and support
  • Provide regular sales and marketing training to enhance dealer capabilities and product knowledge
  • Meet annual sales targets and drive sales for various product categories
  • Implement sales and marketing programs effectively throughout the assigned region
  • Manage territory logistics, including dealer visits and regular communication with the Sales team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales, preferably in consumer products or B2B channels
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications for report and presentation preparation
  • Willingness to travel approximately 110 days/nights per year and possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the Pool and Spa industry
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate others and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills to interact with all organizational levels
