• Consult and sell PLM and CPQ software to prospective clients
• Acquire and qualify new customer leads
• Identify customer requirements and present tailored solutions

• Manage and maintain sales projects and customer data in CRM systems

• Extensive experience in B2B sales of complex solutions, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Native-level proficiency in German and strong English language skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Quick learner with adaptability and a strong solution‑oriented mindset
• Willingness to work independently and engage directly with clients on-site

• Experience with sales cycle management and CRM tools
• Familiarity with PLM and CPQ software solutions
