- Build strong relationships with key clinical and economic decision-makers through proactive outreach
- Manage leads, accounts, and opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM data
- Deliver clinical education, product demonstrations, and ongoing support to healthcare teams
- Gather and analyze field intelligence to inform territory strategy and execution
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically in orthopedic sales
- Strong sales background with a proven track record of performance
- Ability to master a technically complex orthopedic product portfolio
- Formal sales training and demonstrated success in medical device sales
- Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field
- Experience managing or mentoring direct reports or sales agents
- Knowledge of infection prevention, joint reconstruction, and trauma applications
