• Lead a highly skilled team of Account Executives to drive year-over‑year sales growth
• Collaborate with the executive team to align sales goals with overall company objectives
• Execute value‑based solution‑selling strategies and nurture a consultative sales culture
• Actively measure and evaluate the performance of Account Executives against benchmarks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior‑level decision‑makers and influencers

• Bachelor's Degree required;
  Master's Degree preferred
• 10 to 12 years of combined selling and sales leadership experience in the SaaS, Technology, or Data & Analytics industry
• Proven success in driving multimillion‑dollar engagements in complex environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team with a focus on achieving goals and personal development
• Highly articulate with excellent business communication and presentation skills
