What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with key stakeholders in the grocery channel
  • Develop and execute short and long-term joint business plans for key accounts
  • Manage promotional processes from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with retailer timelines
  • Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies to meet goals
  • Conduct weekly virtual meetings with the Broker Management Team to align on priorities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in the beverage industry
  • Minimum 5 years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience
  • At least 2 years of experience using syndicated data tools like IRI or Nielsen
  • Proven experience leading national grocery retailer headquarters calls
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of the Grocery Channel and experience with Warehouse Delivered product sales
  • Familiarity with digital shelf optimization and brand building strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally within an organization to drive sales initiatives
