- Develop and execute short and long-term joint business plans for key accounts
- Manage promotional processes from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with retailer timelines
- Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies to meet goals
- Conduct weekly virtual meetings with the Broker Management Team to align on priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in the beverage industry
- Minimum 5 years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales experience
- At least 2 years of experience using syndicated data tools like IRI or Nielsen
- Proven experience leading national grocery retailer headquarters calls
- Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of the Grocery Channel and experience with Warehouse Delivered product sales
- Familiarity with digital shelf optimization and brand building strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally within an organization to drive sales initiatives
