• Lead a team of International Recruitment Specialists to drive host employer engagement and job sales
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed seasonal goals
• Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members
• Build long-term relationships with host accounts and ensure gold-standard account management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure host satisfaction and program quality

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3-6 years of previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
• Minimum 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in technology, including Salesforce and Microsoft Suite

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach
• Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions to solve problems efficiently
• Energetic, personable, and goal-oriented demeanor
• Passion for CIEE's mission and global exchange
• Familiarity with remote team dynamics
