What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute sales strategy aligned with sustainability goals and develop action plans based on strategic priorities
  • Manage implementation of price strategy and customer roadmap, ensuring the closure of CRM projects
  • Build and maintain relationships in the assigned territory while implementing customer feedback to refine sales approaches
  • Deliver sales and distribution targets, monitor competitor activities, and ensure compliant execution of sales processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide full support for the sales team and manage relationships with distribution partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in area/segment management and crisis handling
  • Strong skills in proposal generation, deal structuring, and sales call planning
  • Proficiency in sales digital fluency and sales forecasting
  • Experience in managing sales talent and understanding the buying/selling process
  • Ability to manage relationships and plans with distribution partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Demonstrated experience in social selling and sales meeting facilitation
  • Familiarity with leveraging CRM tools and data analytics to enhance sales performance
