What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive sales growth and profitability by managing assigned territory and conducting field sales activities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tools, and programs tailored to the specific needs of accounts
  • Act as a product specialist, providing expertise and support to the sales team and customers
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clinicians, physicians, and key decision‑makers

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota‑based sales experience, or at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of tangible product sales and account management experience
  • Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to build effective client relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products and experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

  • Experience in cold calling and full‑cycle sales
  • Ability to organize and present clinical or technical information effectively
  • Strong financial acumen to manage contract figures and understand financial aspects
