- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Ability to identify problems and find innovative solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Experience working with school administrators.
- Knowledge of educational pedagogy and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a similar field.
