What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, focusing on revenue retention and sales growth
  • Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with commercial leadership and specialists
  • Conduct executive-level sales calls to position the employer as a strategic partner
  • Identify and present Performance Services solutions to meet business needs of accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
  • Experience in healthcare technology and clinical solutions
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, preferably Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of healthcare and related experience
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in SaaS or consulting environments
  • Strong skills in business intelligence and health system leadership
  • Previous involvement in technology sales and account management
