What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for your assigned territory
  • Conduct 60–70% of sales activities through virtual demos and 30–40% via in-person meetings and events
  • Self-generate sales pipeline through local networking, outreach, and community engagement
  • Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs to drive regional campaigns and follow up on events
  • Manage territory pipeline and forecast using Salesforce, reporting progress weekly
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3–6 years of closing experience in field sales, territory sales, or hybrid B2B roles
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment or hospitality sales
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on storytelling and consultative selling
  • Deep local market knowledge and comfort engaging with small business owners
  • Experience using Salesforce, Zoom, Gong, and Outreach
