- Conduct 60–70% of sales activities through virtual demos and 30–40% via in-person meetings and events
- Self-generate sales pipeline through local networking, outreach, and community engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs to drive regional campaigns and follow up on events
- Manage territory pipeline and forecast using Salesforce, reporting progress weekly
- 3–6 years of closing experience in field sales, territory sales, or hybrid B2B roles
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment or hospitality sales
- Strong communication skills with a focus on storytelling and consultative selling
- Deep local market knowledge and comfort engaging with small business owners
- Experience using Salesforce, Zoom, Gong, and Outreach
- Passion for local restaurants and food culture
- Organized with the ability to thrive on autonomy and accountability
- Knowledgeable about competitors and industry trends
- Willingness to invest time in mastering the sales craft
