• Develop scalable training assets and performance measurement tools

• BA/BS degree and 1–2 years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or a go-to-market role
• B2B SaaS experience; background in the home services industry or sales is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong facilitation and project management skills
• Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and optimizing training for a participant-centered learning experience

• Familiarity with upsell workflows, account management, and sales motions
• Quick learner with the ability to adopt new technologies such as CRM and LMS platforms
