Senior Benefits Sales Representative - Dallas-Fort Worth

• Base salary of $55,000, with the potential for additional variable incentive compensation

• Sell employee benefits products through an established network of brokers and consultants
• Build and maintain relationships with key sources to market a diverse portfolio of products
• Develop and execute a business plan for your designated territory
• Prospect for new customers and develop a book of business
• Meet and exceed sales targets while collaborating with internal partners

• More than five years of experience in Group Benefit sales
• Current Life and Health agent license in your state
• Strong networking and relationship management skills
• Excellent listening, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Degree from a four‑year college or university, or equivalent work experience

• A passion for success and a consultative approach to problem‑solving
• Drive and self‑motivation to build a book of business
• Ability to work with a diverse range of people
