Position: Senior Employee Benefits Sales Representative - Dallas-Fort Worth

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Sell employee benefits products through an established network of brokers and consultants
  • Build and maintain relationships with key sources to market a diverse portfolio of products
  • Develop and execute a business plan for your designated territory
  • Prospect for new customers and develop a book of business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while collaborating with internal partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • More than five years of experience in Group Benefit sales
  • Current Life and Health agent license in your state
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Excellent listening, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Degree from a four‑year college or university, or equivalent work experience
