What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound sales campaigns to targeted customers and optimize their impact
  • Pursue qualified end-user leads and create custom quotes while collaborating with distributors
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound communication
  • Assist the outside sales team by managing follow-up on established sales deals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned distribution accounts through upselling and cross-selling
What is Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and emails daily
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a hunter mentality
  • Familiarity with channel sales or distribution models is a plus
