What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and execute the residential sales strategy with rep agencies, providing training and tools
  • Convert new single-family builder business to drive specifications and sales with showroom partners
  • Develop and manage relationships with key showroom personnel to enhance growth initiatives
  • Increase brand awareness and specifications with residential architects and designers through various activities
  • Oversee successful residential new product launches, including training and display gains
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent field
  • Minimum of 8 years of field sales experience in construction or showroom sales/sales management
  • Experience working with home builders and the architecture & design community
  • Residing within the Northeast territory
  • Ability to travel up to 50% regionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth in a similar role
