• Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market share aligned with company objectives
• Identify and target manufacturers and potential packaging customers in the West Region
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build a pipeline of opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively address customer challenges
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

• Minimum of 5 years of Packaging Sales experience with established relationships
• Minimum of 5 years of folding carton sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel a minimum of 25%

• Experience in the packaging or printing industry
• Familiarity with high-end decorative finishing sales
• Experience with interactive marketing tools and AI
• Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities within the prospect and client base
