- Consistently meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) such as net cards, gallons, and revenue
- Develop a strategic plan for territory expansion in collaboration with the sales manager
- Self-generate leads and build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship building
- Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment
- Strong prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification skills
- High degree of territory management capability, including managing a multi-state territory
- Willingness to travel via air or vehicle
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills, with prior Salesforce experience being a plus
- Industry knowledge in fleet management and/or commercial payments
- Goal-focused, self-motivated, and adaptable to new situations
- Strong relationship management and time management skills
