What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the designated territory
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) such as net cards, gallons, and revenue
  • Develop a strategic plan for territory expansion in collaboration with the sales manager
  • Self-generate leads and build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record in client acquisition and relationship building
  • Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Strong prospect-channel identification, development, and qualification skills
  • High degree of territory management capability, including managing a multi-state territory
  • Willingness to travel via air or vehicle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills, with prior Salesforce experience being a plus
  • Industry knowledge in fleet management and/or commercial payments
  • Goal-focused, self-motivated, and adaptable to new situations
  • Strong relationship management and time management skills
