What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Recruit and hire a high-performing sales team, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution
  • Manage and enable sellers to achieve key productivity metrics and growth milestones

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in demand creation and customer acquisition
  • Proven success in closing complex sales with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management, Challenger Sale)
  • Experience closing deals ranging from smaller transactions to larger deals of $50K - $100K
  • Proven ability to establish relationships with executive-level partners and customers
