What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own, develop, and lead all aspects of the Enterprise sales team, including strategy and personnel development.

  • Coach team members for client retention and loyalty.

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 4+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in Enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in coaching complex sales processes involving multiple decision makers.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time for meetings with industry decision makers.
