• Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in key customers
• Provide and coordinate technical support and training to customers as needed
• Conduct comprehensive business reviews with customers to ensure sales growth
• Maintain accurate CRM and manage expense reports in a timely manner

• High School diploma or equivalent required; BS in Business Administration or applicable degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in Sales required
• Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Solid technical ability and knowledge of Customer Focused Sales (CFS)
• Ability to travel overnight 50% of the time, predominantly by car

• Experience in the light construction industry
• Familiarity with diamond tools and equipment
• Strong understanding of market share dynamics and competitive positioning
