• Sell products, systems, and services of Power Grids to meet business targets
• Manage the entire marketing and sales operation process, including forecasting, bidding, and contracting
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand and meet their needs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant external and internal regulations and guidelines
• Uphold the core values of safety and integrity in all professional actions

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or engineering, preferably in electrical or power-related fields
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in related industries
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused and result-oriented approach
• Proficient in English and MS Office applications
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently

• Proven track record in managing customer accounts and achieving sales targets
• Innovative and positive mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Experience in the energy sector or related technology fields
