What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the development of new and existing end-user customers focused on the packaging portfolio, particularly in the Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e-fulfillment markets
  • Collaborate with the packaging sales team and inside sales resources to engage end users and channel partners
  • Set sales goals and utilize resources and tactics to meet and exceed objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key personnel at various levels in the buying process to achieve sales goals
  • Contribute to the development of growth targets that align with business plans for territory and account penetration
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Field Sales Experience managing a specified territory in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Strong sales/business acumen and selling skills
  • Technical/Mechanical understanding related to the packaging industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of professional field sales experience with collaboration responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM tools ( preferred)
  • Ability to use financial data to drive sales
