Fleet Card Sales Representative

• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to accounts, revenue, and activities
• Develop and implement strategic plans for territory management in collaboration with the Senior Director
• Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM and support existing customers
• Train retail store employees and field personnel on fleet programs
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance knowledge of products and best sales practices

• Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the fuel card or fuel industry
• Strong communication skills and a valid driver's license
• BA/BS Degree required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
• Demonstrated customer service skills and a collaborative work style

• Proven track record of selling against competition
• Exceptional discovery and presentation skills
• Experience in the high‑speed diesel business
