- Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and stay updated on industry trends to adapt sales strategies.
- Ensure all required client paperwork is complete and submitted on time while striving to provide exceptional customer experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving demands.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- One (1) year of experience in commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related inside sales.
- Demonstrated results in meeting production sales goals.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and other sales tools.
- Developing negotiation and consultative sales skills.
