• Find, develop, propose, and bind new business

• Cross‑sell corporate clients’ insurance policies
• Assist office staff in collecting required coverage information and necessary deposits
• Negotiate and sell insurance based on clients’ needs and requirements

• Must obtain a 220 Insurance License within 60 days of employment
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Prior sales experience (preferred)

• Experience in insurance sales or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
