Area Sales Manager - North West

• Manage all customers and sites within the assigned sales area to maximize revenue
• Meet sales targets in accordance with area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Redevelop dormant and lapsed customer accounts to improve sales performance
• Conduct site surveys and assist customers with product selection and advice
• Collect customer feedback and conduct market research to inform sales strategies

• Experience with in the material handling equipment (MHE) industry or a similar field
• Thorough understanding of the trade channel and used MHE market
• Proven sales and sales management experience
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with market trends related to pricing and demand within the MHE industry
• Previous experience in customer service roles
