What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Recruit and hire a world-class team of enterprise sellers efficiently and within budget
  • Manage and enable enterprise sellers to achieve key productivity metrics and growth milestones
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive account strategy for the region
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance retention and upsell opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in security, networking, and/or software solutions
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business growth
  • Direct experience managing teams responsible for generating new demand and customer acquisition
  • Proven ability to close complex Enterprise sales with multiple buying influences
  • Experience managing and closing high-value deals, including transactions above $200K and $1M+
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies such as Force Management, Challenger Sale, and MEDDIC
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value
  • Experience establishing and fostering relationships with executive-level partners and customers
