What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Recruit and hire a high‑performing team of SLED sellers within budget and on time

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 4+ years of SLED sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • 2+ years of experience leading a SLED sales team focused on new business growth
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in managing teams for new customer acquisition
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with consultative, value‑based sales methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences
  • Proven ability to foster relationships with executive‑level partners and customers
  • Comfortable in a highly fast‑paced and dynamic work environment
