Regional Sales Manager, Southern California

• Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on IP Video and Axis cameras
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and current customers
• Arrange and execute site visits for product demonstrations and presentations
• Collaborate with Application Development Partners to deliver tailored solutions
• Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, and promotional sales activities

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales-driven position
• Strong technical background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent public speaking, multi-tasking, and time management skills

• Proven strong selling skills with the ability to tailor presentations to meet customer needs
• Trustworthy and resourceful disposition with a responsible independent drive
• Ability to motivate effectively in a time-sensitive environment
