- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Experience in outside B2B sales
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Experience in sales roles within the telecommunications industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales force automation tools
- Ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-paced environment
