• Drive sales by actively promoting and selling sports products or services at mobile tour events and sporting venues
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the mobile sports tour booth or sales station at each event
• Track inventory levels, maintain accurate records of sales, and provide regular sales reports to management
• Collaborate with other sales representatives and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent messaging

• High school diploma required
• 2-3 years of sales or sales support experience required
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Experience in engaging with customers and providing product demonstrations

• Previous experience in sports equipment sales or promotions
• Familiarity with inventory management and sales reporting processes
• Ability to train and mentor new sales team members
• Experience in organizing events or promotions to drive customer engagement
• Knowledge of the sports industry and customer preferences
