What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives within the assigned territory
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and assist in their annual business planning
  • Conduct product and sales training meetings for dealer personnel
  • Communicate and implement company initiatives and expectations to dealers
  • Represent the employer at trade shows and dealer functions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Level I TSM:
    High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 0+ years of relevant experience
  • Level II TSM:
    High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and mapping software
  • Willingness to travel extensively and demonstrate equipment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Strong industry experience with knowledge in outdoor power equipment
  • Sales experience with an understanding of the sales cycle
  • Mechanical aptitude and orientation
  • Ability to build and cultivate long-term business relationships
  • Willingness to work long hours and be self-motivated
