What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives focused on generating new business
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other teams to ensure alignment with goals
  • Identify areas for improvement in the sales cycle and implement strategies accordingly
  • Guide the team in prioritizing prospective accounts and establishing sales metrics
  • Conduct performance management reviews to support team development and goal alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying Account Executives
  • Proven track record of mentoring team members in pipeline building and closing practices
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, preferably in startups
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across distributed teams
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Experience working remotely is considered a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales performance tools
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing geographically distributed teams
  • Strategic mindset with an understanding of execution in sales processes
