• High school diploma required
• 2-3 years of sales or sales support experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Exceptional customer service skills

• Experience in promoting sports products or services at events
• Familiarity with inventory management processes
• Ability to provide training and mentoring to new sales team members
